We know that working as a GP is stressful at the best of times. We also know that GPs ask for help late and can find it difficult to ask for help. The LMC is here to support you and your colleagues and promote wellbeing within the GP community in Grampian.
The LMC Pastoral Support Team is here to support you when you need us.
From providing free, confidential support relating to individual performance processes or complaints, contractual or partnership issues or signposting to more formal routes of support.
Please contact us and we will allocate you a member as soon as we can.
